COMPOUNDLEVERAGEAI Capture Team Program

Find and Pursue More Grants with an AI Capture Team

Most organizations do not have a grant-search problem. They have a labor gap. One person is expected to find opportunities, determine fit, research funders, track requirements, and still develop the pursuit. This program helps each participant deploy an AI Capture Team to do the mechanical work while human judgment stays in control.

The labor gap happens before the application

Grant teams already know their programs. The constraint is having enough capacity to continuously find, evaluate, research, and advance the right opportunities.

The work exceeds the hours your grant team has.

Searching, screening, researching, tracking, and preparing pursuits compete for the same limited staff time.

Finding a grant is not the same as knowing it is worth pursuing.

Eligibility, geography, funder priorities, scoring criteria, timing, and organizational readiness all matter.

The funding notice never tells you everything you need to know.

Strong pursuits require context about the funder, priorities, relationships, partners, and what a competitive application requires.

From doing all the work to managing digital labor

BEFORE

"I am the grant team."

I search, screen, research, track, coordinate, and prepare every opportunity myself.

AFTER

"I have an AI Capture Team working with me."

My team does the repetitive research and analysis. I manage the work, relationships, strategy, and decisions.

Every step before the decision, supported

The AI Capture Team moves an opportunity from first signal to a documented human Go/No-Go decision.

Preparation happens before the first live session so instructor time is spent building, deploying, and operating the team.

Prepare

Define the job, funding priorities, organizational profile, tools, knowledge sources, access, and Human Orchestrator.

Build & Deploy

Configure the AI Capture Team, connect the required resources, and run it against real funding opportunities.

Capture now. Proposal when you need it.

The AI Capture Team helps organizations find, qualify, research, and decide what to pursue.

The AI Proposal Team picks up after Go/No-Go. Sponsors can offer either program independently or combine them.

Questions

Is this AI training?

No. Participants configure and use a real AI Capture Team around their own organization. The goal is deployed capacity, not a certificate.

Who is this program for?

It is designed for organizations that fund, support, or convene multiple nonprofits, researchers, or mission-driven organizations pursuing grants.

Does the AI make the pursuit decision?

No. The AI Capture Team assembles and analyzes the evidence. Eligibility, strategy, relationships, and the final Go/No-Go decision stay human.

What happens when an organization decides to pursue?

Capture hands off to proposal development. Sponsors can add the AI Proposal Team program, and organizations can also discuss a customized deployment with Compound Leverage.

Can we run Capture and Proposal together?

Yes. Sponsors can start with the AI Capture Team program, add the AI Proposal Team as a follow-on, or scope both as a combined implementation.

Give the organizations you support more capacity to pursue funding.

Start with an AI Capture Team cohort.
